AAMHatch acquires spatial data for powerlines and associated corridor studies. We then analyse this data to highlight features such as powerline catenary and, when required, work in partnership with electrical engineers to assist in providing information suitable for decision-making purposes.
Powerline and transmission corridor design is supported by spatial information. This is routinely acquired using a range of technologies, such as:
